| Abstract: | In this article is stated the importance of traditional industrial enterprises in continous innovation and creation and in pushing forward technical progress, and introduced what Risoo cotton spin factory has done in the innovation and creation in their technology, product, management and market development. It holds that innovation and creation are the only way to keep stable growing of traditional industrial enterprises. |
