生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施对模拟复垦土壤的微生物数量和作物养分含量影响的研究

摘    要:采在温室条件下,采用盆栽试验方法研究了生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施的肥效及其对土壤微生物群落分布的影响。试验共设生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施、腐植酸肥、化肥和无肥(CK)、生物菌剂5个处理。结果表明,施用生物菌剂与腐植酸肥配施能显著提高土壤微生物数量,土壤中的细菌、真菌和放线菌总数均有显著增加;同时,能显著提高作物养分含量及生物量。

The Effect of Mixed Microbial Agent and Humic Acid Fertilizer on Microorganism Numbers and Nutrient Content of Plant in Simulated Reclaimed Soil

Abstract:In greenhouse,the pot experiment was conducted to studied the effects of mixed microbial agents and humic acid fertilizer on broomcorn growth and the distribution of soil microbial communities.This experiment included 5 treatments,i.e.,the mixture of biological agents and humic acid fertilizer,humic acid fertilizer,normal fertilizer,no fertilizer(CK) and biological agents.The results showed that mixed applying biological agents and humic acid fertilizer could increase the numbers of soil bacteria,fungus and ray fungus.Meantime,it also had remarkable effects on broomcorn biomass and the contents of total N,P,and K in plants.
