摘    要:在以石脑油为原料的合成氨生产过程中,各种形态的硫化物对转化炉中的镍催化剂有很大的危害,可造成非计划停车事故,给工厂造成较大的经济损失.因此在原料进入转化炉之前需对总硫加以控制.提出应用微库仑定硫仪测定干气中总硫的方法,并对可能的干扰进行讨论,在气体氨存在条件下,提出有效且经济的分析方法.该方法准确、快速、简便,适用于生产控制分析.

Abstract:In the process of ammonia production with naphtha as the feed, various sulfides do great harm to Nickel catalyst in the reformer, resulting in accidental shutdowns which cause large economic loss to production plant. Therefore, the total sulfur shall be controlled before the feed enters the reformer. The microeoulomb method was proposed to determine the total sulfur in drying gas, and possible disturbances were considered. Economic and effective analysis method was proposed at the presence of gas ammonia. This method is easy, fast and accurate, suitable for production control analysis.
