摘    要:针对中碳调质高强度钢42CrMo可焊接性较差和齿轮轴的工作特点,选用力学性能低于母材的J107Cr焊条,焊前在焊接热影响区整体预热至400℃以减缓焊接接头的冷却速度,施焊过程中控制层间温度在(350±20)℃,焊后采用去应力退火处理。

Abstract:Aiming at the poor weldability of the medium-carbon high strength steel 42CrMo and the e, haracteristics of the gear shaft, the welding rod j107Cr which has a lower mechanical property than the base metal is used. The heat-affected zone is preheated entirely to 400℃ before welding in an attempt of slowing down the eooling speed of the welding joint. In the process of welding, the temperature is maintained at 350± 20℃,and after welding, the stress of the gear shaft was relieved by annealing.
