摘    要:等导程圆锥螺旋线的铣削在铣床加工中属较为复杂的工艺过程,本文以模头为例,通过对等导程圆锥螺旋线的形成原理以及加工过程中的挂轮配置、切削刀具选择、铣削过程等的阐述,系统地介绍了等导程螺旋线铣削加工过程。该工艺铣削出的模头螺旋齿的尺寸精度和表面质量有了大幅度提高,进而提高了铝电解碳阳极的质量,提高了工效,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The processing of equivalent lead conic spiral by using normal milling machine is a hard job. The paper, by taking diehead for example, elaborated the milling processing of equivalent lead conic spiral in terms of its forming theory of equivalent lead conic spiral, the configuration of gear change, the selecting cutter, and together with that procedures in the processing is carefully introduced. The processing precision and surface quality of diehead spiral gear are improved, resulting in an improvement in the quality of aluminum electrolysis carbon anode, by which higher efficiency and lower cost are reached.
