摘    要:以轧机机架模型的试验和数值计算数据为基础,研究了模型的应力强度因子计算式向大型构件转换的方法。给出了机架构件以变形能为参数的应力强度因子计算式。利用此式能较方便地计算出带裂纹机架的应力强度因子值。为用断裂力学方法估算机架的疲劳寿命提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the results from experiments and numeric calculations on a model rollhousings,a method was developed for transferring the formula of intensity factors from the model to full sized components of different sizes.A formula is given which takes the deformaton energy as parameter for rollhousings.With this formula the intensity factors of the rollhousings with a crack in the corner can be evaluated conveniently.The results presented in this paper will provide a basis for the prediction of the fatique life for rallhousings by principles of fracture mechanics.
