摘    要:为改善P355GH锅炉钢板电渣焊接头的韧性,针对现行的制造工艺(930℃正火+560℃回火),对降温进入两相区(930℃×2h空冷至690℃水冷+560℃回火)热处理工艺进行了初步探讨,并通过一系列性能试验与现行热处理工艺后的性能进行了对比。试验结果表明,上述处理工艺不仅使母材和焊缝韧性大幅度提高,还使强度提高,符合标准要求

Abstract:This article approaches the heat treatment technology when the temperature decreasing (930 ℃×2 h AC to 690 ℃, WC+560 ℃ AC) entering the two phase zones for the purpose of improving the electroslag welding joint toughness based on the current manufacturing technology (930 ℃ AC+560 ℃ AC). It is proved through a serious property tests that the toughness of base material and welds has been improved greatly, the strength is also increased and meet the requirements of standard.
