锌铝合金和铝青铜摩擦磨损特性的研究

摘    要:研究了锌铝合金ZA-Si和铝青铜ZCuAl10Fe3在20号机油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:在一定的条件下,ZA-Si合金的耐磨性能和磨合性能均明显优于ZCuAl10Fe3合金;二种合金的磨损机制主要是犁削,辗压和粘着,ZA-Si合金的粘着磨损具有延缓性和失效性的双重特性。

Abstract:Friction-wear performances of Zn-Al alloy (ZA-Si) and Albronze (ZCuA110Fe3) lubricated by 20# machine oil have been researched. The results show that abrasion resistance and run-in of Za-Si alloy are superior to those of ZCuA110Fe3 alloy under certain conditions, and the wear mechanism of the alloy are mainly plough cut, roller compaction and adhesion. The adhesive wear of ZA-Si alloy possesses a double character, i.e. the wear being decreased or increased. The material transfer and oxide film in friction surface may influence the friction-wear performances to certain extant.
