酵母山楂复方制剂促进消化功能的人体试验研究

摘    要:目的研究酵母山楂复方制剂对人体促消化功能的影响。方法选用104名儿童分成2个处理组,对照组和实验组各52例,连续食用45 d,测试试验前后各项安全性指标及功效性指标。结果与对照组相比:试验组儿童食欲、进食量显著增加,偏食显著降低(P0.05);血红蛋白含量无显著性差异(P0.05);体重显著增加(P0.05);试食前后血常规和尿常规检测指标在正常范围内,且未发现不良反应。结论酵母山楂复方制剂具有促进消化功能的作用,且对受试儿童健康无明显损害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of yeast hawthorn compound preparation on digestion of the human body. Methods A total of 104 children were divided into 2 treatment groups, including control group and experimental group, with 52 cases in each group. After 45 days of continuous consumption, safety indexes and efficacy indexes were detected before and after the test. Results Compared with control group, children''s appetite and food intake of experimental group were significantly increased and partiality for a particular kind of food dietary bias was significantly decreased (P<0.05), no significant difference in the hemoglobin content (P>0.05), and the weight increased significantly (P<0.05). Before and after the test, blood and urine routine test indicators were all in the normal range, and no adverse reactions. Conclusion Yeast hawthorn compound preparation has the effect of promoting digestive function, and has no obvious damage to the healthy children.
