模块化虚拟液压仿真系统研究

摘    要:液压系统的仿真,一直滞后于机械和电气系统。计算机和虚拟仪器技术的快速发展,给模块化构建虚拟液压系统提供了技术支撑。用虚拟仪器图形化编程软件,可以构建各液压元件的仿真模型,建立元件耦合模块,用液压元件仿真模型就可以建立虚拟液压系统仿真模型。虚拟仪器能够将真实的设备与虚拟仿真模型连接起来,将设备运行时的参数实时输入仿真模型,实现对系统运行监测和故障预报。采用该技术提高了液压技术水平,拓展了虚拟仪器的概念,真正实现了虚实结合,将虚拟仪器拓展为虚拟仪器仿真系统。

Abstract:The simulation of hydraulic system has lagged behind in the machinery and the electrical system. The fast development of computer technology and the virtual instrument technology's has provided the technical support to the modular construction virtual hydraulic system. With the present virtual instrument in figures and diagrams programming software, various hydraulic element's simulation model, the part coupling module, and the virtual hydraulic system simulation models with the virtual element simulation model can be set up. The hypothesized instrument can connect the real equipment with the virtual simulation model, move the time parameter real-time input simulation model the equipment, realize the systems operation monitor and the failure prediction. This technology has developed the hydraulic instrument's concept, realized the actual situation union truly, and virtual instrument development for virtual instrument simulation system.
