催化合成1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯

摘    要:以1,6-己二醇、丙烯酸为原料,强酸性阳离子树脂D072为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,经酯化反应合成1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。实验结果表明,最佳酯化反应条件为:n(丙烯酸):n(1,6-己二醇)=2.2,催化剂用量(与原料总质量比)2.5%,阻聚剂用量(与丙烯酸质量比)0.6%,带水剂用量(与原料总质量比)为70%,反应时间4 h,反应温度80~110℃的条件下,合成了1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。产物收率达93.88%。以强酸性正离子树脂为催化剂,可重复使用,收率高,产物颜色好。

Abstract:1,6-Hexanediol diacrylate was prepared by esterification with 1,6-hexanediol and acrylic acid as raw materials,strong acid cationic resin D072 as catalyst,cyclohexane as water-carrying agent, hydroquinone as polymerization inhibitor.The results showed that the product yield was 93.88% under the optimum esterification reaction conditions:n(acrylic acid):n(1,6-hexanediol) = 2. 2,mass fraction of catalyst (based on total mass of materials) = 2.5%,mass fraction of inhibitor 0.6%,reaction time 4 h,and reaction temperature 80-110 ℃.The strong acid cationic resin exhibited high catalytic activity,excellent performance in repeated uses,with the product in good color.
