摘    要:以四硼酸钠和钛酸丁酯等为原料合成了硼钛复合交联剂,并以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为稠化剂制备了聚乙烯醇压裂液。考察了交联剂的硼钛质量比、PVA与交联剂质量比(聚交比)以及PVA含量对冻胶的交联延迟时间、耐温性及耐剪切性能的影响。结果表明,交联剂的硼钛质量比为1:3、聚交比为100:0.9—100:1.0、PVA质量分数为1.5%-1.6%时,制备的复合交联剂以及压裂液的性能达到最佳。

Abstract:Boron/titanium compound cross linker was synthesized with sodium tetraborate and tetrabutyl titanate. A kind of fracturing fluid was prepared using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as main material. The effects of the mass ratio of sodium tetraborate to tetrabutyl titanate, the mass ratio of PVA to the cross linker, and the content of PVA on the properties including delayed crosslinking time, temperature resistance, and antishearing of the fracturing fluid were investigated. The results showed that the boron/titanium compound cross linker and the fracturing fluid behave the best performance when the mass ratio of sodium tetraborate to tetrabutyl titanate was 1:3,the mass ratio of PVA to the cross linker was 100:0.9 -100: 1.0, and the content of PVA was 1.5% -1.6%.
