葡萄皮中白藜芦醇的提取及其功能研究

摘    要:本文综述了葡萄皮中白藜芦醇的性质、制备、生理功能和应用的研究现状。研究表明,白藜芦醇是植物在遇到真菌感染、紫外线照射等不利条件时所产生的植物补体,目前有三种制备方式。白藜芦醇对人体具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保肝等多种作用,因此具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract:This article summarized the present situation of property, preparation, physiology function and application of resveratrol in the grape peel. Many studies showed that the resveratrol is a complement when plants meet the unfavorable conditions of the fungous infection, ultraviolet radiation etc. There are three methods to prepare it at present. The resveratrol has the pharmacological activities of antitumor, antioxidation and hepatic protection to the human body, so it has vast application foreground.
