糠醛液相加氢制糠醇新型催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究了用浸渍工艺制备糠醛液相加氢制糠醇的Cu/SiO_2负载型催化剂的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,该催化剂具有高活性和良好的选择性,糠醛转化率为100%,糠醇选择性为98%。同时改察了作为助催化剂的碱土金属的催化作用和该催化剂重复使用的性能和寿命。

Abstract:The Supported catalyst Cu/SiO2 for liquid phase hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol was prepared by impregnation technique,and the optimum preparative condition have been found. The result showed that the catalyst have high activity and selectivity,conversion of furfural is 100%,selectivity of furfuryl alcohol is 98%. Meanwhile,the catalytic action of alkaline arth metal as promoter,property of reption application and age of this catalyst were investigated.
