| 摘 要： | 为了开发一种专业、控制有序的海上石油平台生活污水处理装置,设计了采用PLC的电解法生活污水自动处理装置。文章分析了控制系统的电气原理图和控制系统中的输入/输出信号,对控制逻辑和人机界面设计进行了说明。现场调试与实际使用表明,该装置通过PLC对现场各仪表数据进行采集与分析,实现了自动处理生活污水的功能。

| Abstract: | In order to develop a professional and orderly controlled domestic sewage treatment device for offshore oil platform, a PLC based automatic domestic sewage treatment device with electrolysis method is designed. This paper analyzes the electrical diagram of the control system and the input/output signals of the control system, and explains the control logic and humanmachine interface design. The field debugging and practical application show that the device collects and analyzes the data of the field instruments through PLC, and realizes the function of automatic treatment of domestic sewage. |
