摘    要:对羟丙基-β-环糊精(注射级)的合成路线进行了优化,结果显示,优化后的工艺成本较低,适用于工业生产,收率可达100%,平均取代度控制在4.0~5.0,β-环糊精残留控制在≤0.3%。

Abstract:The synthetic route of HP-β-CD(injection grade) has been improved and optimized.The results show that the cost is lower than before.This is more applicable to industrial production.The yield can reach 100%,the DS(degree of substitution) is 4.0~5.0,and the residule of β-CD is not more than 0.3%.
