| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用丙酮作为内标物的顶空气相色谱法测定子仁霜中溶剂残留量。此法对样品处理条件要求不严,对生产上批量测定具有操作方便,结果准确等特点。其相关系数r=0.9998,相对标准偏差RSD=2.3％。可作为新药生产的质量标准测定。

| Abstract: | In this paper , determination of residual solvents in zirenshuang by internal standard method of headspace gas chromatography .The conditions for the determination were: liquid phase , 7%DEGS on Chromosorb W (AW-DMCS, 80~100 mech); column 2m × 3mm i. d. ; acetone as internal standard .The calibration curve was Y=7. 057 × 10-3 - 0. 001, r = 0. 9998. The relative standard deviation was 2. 3%. The method is simple ,rapid ,accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the Zirenshuang. |
