磷酸质量对饲料级磷酸一二钙生产影响的研究

以脱氟磷酸为原料生产饲料级磷酸一二钙,考察脱氟磷酸中SO_4~(2-)、Fe~(3+)、Mg~(2+)、Al~(3+)对反应过程和产品质量的影响。结果表明:SO_4~(2-)使产品中磷和钙含量降低,游离酸升高,降低了磷酸的反应率。Fe~(3+)、Mg~(2+)、Al~(3+)含量高使得磷酸中的氢离子浓度降低,反应活性下降,产品中的游离酸和残余碳酸钙含量升高,磷和钙含量降低,严重影响产品质量。

Research on effect of phosphoric acid quality on feed grade MDCP production

Using fluorine removal phosphoric acid to produce feed grade mono-dicalcium phosphate,the influence of SO42-,Fe3+,Mg2+,Al3+ on reaction process and product qualities are researched.The results show that SO42-reduces the reaction rate of phosphoric acid,increase free acid and decrease the calcium content in product.Higher iron,magnesium and aluminum make the concentration of hydrogen irons reduced,reaction activity decreased,the free acid and residual calcium carbonate of the product increased,phosphorus and calcium content in product decreased,which affects product quality.
