物联网关键技术在食品溯源中的研究与应用

摘    要:提出了使用RFID、ZigBee、Web服务器等物联网关键技术在食品溯源系统中的应用方法。其中,RFID技术是识别生产对象的唯一标识号,ZigBee无线网络可将生产加工过程中的温度、湿度、其他环境参数、产品储存参数和唯一的标识号汇集到带有数据库的嵌入式网关中,并在嵌入式网关中实现Web服务器的功能。食品安全管理人员或者消费者只需通过浏览器就可以访问嵌入式网关,以获取食品生产、加工和存储等各个环节的信息,实现对食品加工企业的实时监管。试验证明,物联网技术的引入可以提高管理人员的工作效率,及时发现和查处食品链中的违法环节,保证消费者购买食品的安全性和食品信息的真实性。

Abstract:The key technologies of internet of things(IOT),such as RFID,ZigBee,and web server,are proposed to be applied in the food traceability.RFID technology can generate unique ID used to identify the food production object;ZigBee wireless network sensors can transmit the temperature,humidity,pressure,ID and other necessary parameters during the production process to the embedded gateway where SQLite database is established.The web server function is achieved in the gateway.The food safety managerial personnel and consumer can monitor and obtain the information including food production,process and storage at any place and at any time as long as they type the IP address in the browser.The research and application results show that the key technologies of IOT applied in the food traceability can improve personnel’s working efficiency,and help to find out the illegal process,and ensure the food safety and reliability.
