摘    要:为解决物料进出洁净室造成室内清洁度下降与温度波动,设计开发无动力多工位输送装置,该装置利用物料重力作为驱动力,采用气动定位装置及密封门机构在电控单元的控制,实现物料多工位之间移动并通过密封门完成物料的自动输送。

Abstract:The multi-workstation conveyance in and out the cleaning room cleanness-degree decline,and the temperature fluctuates while the design of conveying appliances are inflexible.In order to improve the?problems above,the equipment takes use of material gravity as driving force,and cleanness-degree declines as well as electric control trap-doors are introduced in the equipment so that feeds transfer from multi-workstation and the automatic conveying of feeds can be achieved
