摘    要:就复合合金对特殊钢中夹杂物的变性机理进行分析讨论, 采用复合脱氧剂脱氧时能使容易挥发的钙、镁在钢中的溶解度增加,脱氧剂能使夹杂物形态和组成发生变化,有利于改善钢的性能,同时钙﹑钡对夹杂的变性能力随钙﹑钡含量的增加和钢中铝含量和硫含量的降低而增强。为洁净钢的生产工艺提供理论支撑和提高钢的洁净度提供理论依据。

Discuss of Inclusion Modification Mechanism in Special Steel of Composite Alloy

Abstract:This paper discusses the inclusion modification mechanism in special steel of composite alloy. When deoxidation uses complex deoxidizer, it will increase the solubility of calcium and magnesium in steel. Deoxidizer can alter the shape and composition of inclusion, which will favor to improve the property of steel. Meanwhile, this article discusses that increase of inclusion modification capability of calcium and barium with increasing of calcium barium content and decreasing aluminum sulphur content in steel. These provide a theoretical support for the production process of clean steel and atheoretical basis for enhancing the cleanliness of steel.
