| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of neutralization reaction in DAP production are discussed. With the doubly closed circuit ratio control having a convenient control on increasing or decreasing load and keeping a constant ratio by accessory flow's tracking master flow substance automatically, which is applied for controlling the amounts of two substances liquid ammonia and phosphoric acid(ratio of phosphoric acid and ammonia), its system block diagram, service scheme and parameter setting are described. |
