液-固旋液分离器的设计

摘    要:文中对液-固旋液分离器的主要设计尺寸及各尺寸对分离性能的影响进行了总结,给出了各尺寸之间的比例关系。为达到最高的分离效率,推荐了最佳的尺寸比例关系。考察了总压降及总处理量对分离性能的影响,建议采用旋液分离器池进行实际的分离操作,且为完成旋液分离器的初步设计,提出了明确的设计步骤。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the main sizes of liquid-solid hydrocyclone and concludes how the sizes affect separation performance, and presents the relationship between the sizes. For achieving the highest separation efficiency, the paper suggests optimum relationship between the sizes. The effects of total pressure drop and capacity on the separation performance is investigated, and the pool of hydrocyclones (parallel hydrocyclones) should be used for actual separation process. Some specific steps should be followed when primarily designing liquid-solid hydrocyclones.
