促进重庆市城镇化发展的城镇体系调整对策

加速城镇化建设已经成为我国社会经济发展的一个重要战略。作为城镇化之根本的城镇体系建设,其职能类型、规模等级、空间布局三大结构,对引导生产要素流动、资源合理配置、城镇协调发展等影响城镇化的基本因素产生了直接作用。文章分析了当前城镇体系因结构不合理对城镇化发展造成的负面影响,提出了调整重庆市域城镇体系结构、促进重庆城镇化发展的若干对策及建议。

The Countermeasures to Adjust Urban System for Promotion of Urbanization Development in ChongQing

Acceleration in the construction of urbanization is an important strategy for economy development in our country. As the base of urbanization, the construction of towns system has three main frames: function type, scale grade and space layout. These have direct effects on the basic factors that could influence the construction of urbanization includes flowage of productive factors, reasonable distribution of resource, harmonious development of towns. This paper analyses the negative influence on development of urbanization for the unreasonable structure of current urban system, and give some countermeasures for adjustment on urban system and acceleration of urbanization development in ChongQing.
