摘    要:在贮氧合金MLNi3.55Co0.75Al0.3Mn0.4的基础上,采用Cu,Fe,Zn,Cr替代Co和加入稀土Dy的方法制备低钴AB5型贮氢合金,得到稀土基多元贮氢合金.并对其放电容量、循环稳定性以及微观结构进行了测试和分析.结果表明,采用适量的Cu,Fe,Zn,Cr替代Co所得的高容量低钴贮氧合金具有较好的循环稳定性,添加Dy不仅使合金具有较高的放电容量,而且明显改善低钴贮氢合金的组织均匀性和充放电循环稳定性.

Abstract:The AB5-type hydrogen storage alloy with low Co content is prepared by substitution of Cu, Cr, Zn and Fe for part Co on the B-side and addition of Dy on the A-side based on the standard alloy MLNi3.55Co0.75Al0.3Mn0.4. The discharge capacity, cycle stability and microstructure of the alloy are tested and analyzed. The results show that low-Co hydrogen storage alloy with high discharge capacity and good cycle stability can be obtained by multi-alloying with Cu, Fe, Zn, Cr for replacement of Co. The better cycling stability, more homogeneous composition and good discharge capacity of the alloy are achieved by addition of Dy.
