响应面法优化天冬多糖的提取条件

摘    要:以天冬多糖提取率(Y1)和含量(Y2)为响应值,利用响应面法对天冬多糖提取工艺进行多目标同步优化。根据统计模型发现3 个影响因素--提取时间、提取温度、液料比均对多糖提取率和含量有显著影响。由响应面三维及等高线叠加图推测得到天冬多糖提取率与含量均较高的最佳提取工艺参数为提取时间4.2h,提取温度78℃,液料比22:1(mL/g)。验证优化工艺参数得到多糖提取率达到5.24%,多糖含量达到26.42%,与模型预测值非常接近。采用响应面法对天冬多糖提取条件进行优化合理可行。

Abstract:Optimal hot water extraction of polysaccharides from Radix Asparagi was explored using central composite design(CCD) combined with response surface methodology(RSM).CCD experimental data were fitted to create two mathematical models describing yield(Y1) and purity(Y2) of Radix Asparagi polysaccharides(RAP) obtained at different levels of critical parameters,such as extraction temperature and time and material/liquid ratio.Results showed that the above parameters all had a remarkable effect on Y1 and Y2,and ...
