摘    要:
分析了连铸连轧铝坯的组织和性能特点。通过调整铝合金铸轧坯的化学成分,使其中铁含量大于0.3%,Fe/Si>1;并采用适宜的熔炼、轧制工艺以及热处理制度,可以有效改善由连续铸轧坯生产的冷轧铝板材的冲压性能。

Abstract:
The structure and properties of continuous cast rolled aluminium stocks were analysed. The deep drawing properties of cold rolling aluminium sheets produced using continuous cast rolled aluminium stocks can be improved effectively by increasing their iron content to above 0.3% and reducing their Fe/Si ratio to below 1 and by applying appropriate smelting and rolling technology and heat treatment system.
