风电场工程建设用地指标的确定及应用

为提高土地利用率,严格控制建设用地增量,考虑到风电场建设和发展的需要,水电水利规划设计总院等单位编制了《电力工程项目建设用地指标(风电场)》,明确了风电机组用地、机组变电站用地、集电线路用地、升压变电站及运行管理中心用地和交通工程用地等5个方面量化的具体指标,为在风电场工程设计、审查和核准工作中确定建设用地提供了指导和依据。

Determination of Land Indicators for Wind Farm Project Construction and Its Application

In order to improve the utilization of land,strictly control the construction land increment,and by taking into account the needs of the construction and development of wind farms,the Hydropower and Water Resources Planning & Design General Institute and other institutes compile the Land Indicators for Electric Power Project Construction(Wind Farm).In this specification,the five categories of indicators of land for construction are quantified,including wind turbine unit,unit substation,collecting line,step-up substation and operation center,and traffic engineering.The indicator system provides guidance and basis for the determination of land for construction in the design,review and approval of wind farm projects.
