摘    要:随着曙光油田超稠油的不断开发,油井频繁注汽,多轮蒸汽吞吐后套坏比较严重,容易在水层附近发生套管破漏出水,同时热力补偿器漏失的油井急剧增加,造成油井大量出水,并向油层倒灌,使油井无法正常生产,甚至被迫关井。由于超稠油原油黏度高的特殊性,采用传统机械堵水工艺后,不能进行掺稀油降黏生产,只能电加热生产,造成采油成本的升高,在生产管理等方面存在较多的困难。针对这一问题展开技术研究,同时对配套的堵水封隔器等工具进行改进,完成了可掺洗式机械堵水采油工艺技术。该工艺在堵水段采用双层管柱结构,堵水后仍可实现油套环空出水段上下连通,达到超稠油油井生产过程中需要掺稀油降黏的要求,解决了以往超稠油出水井堵水后难以正常生产的问题,取得了较好的经济效益,该项技术研究的成功对超稠油出水井的生产开发具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the production of ultra heavy oil, frequent cyclic steam stimulation in oil wells, casings of production oil wells were damaged severely after many cycles of steam stimulations and this will easily lead to the casing parts near the water layers being broken and leaking water. At the same time, the leakage rate of heat compensator of the oil wells increases sharply, which causes the oil wells to produce much more water and makes water influx into other oil bearing formations, further more causes the oil wells can not produce normally and even have to be shut in. Because of the high viscosity of the ultra heavy oil, the conventional mechanical water plugging technology can not mix common oil into the tubing to reduce the high viscosity of the ultra heavy oil and the oil well can only produce with electric rod which increases the cost and there are also many difficulties in this kind of management. To resolve such problems, we developed the mechanical water plugging technology which can mix common oil into tubing and do well cleanout work and we modified the tools and packers and other kinds of tools used in this technology. This technology uses Pipe-In-Pipe structure and it can connect the tubing-casing annulus above the water layer and below it. In this way, we can mix common oil from annulus and the oil well can produce normally after our water plugging work. We have obtained good economic benefit from this technology and the successful applications of this technology is important to the production of ultra heavy oil wells which face water in fluxing.
