空气幕引射风流在14行集中回风井跨塌后的现场应用

摘    要:14行集中回风井突然发生大面积垮塌后,主斜坡道1150~1000 m段出现严重风流反向,1000 m运输水平新鲜风流无法进入。为此,金川二矿区采用多机并联空气幕引射风流,主斜坡道进风量达到45 m3/s,有效地控制了主斜坡道1150~1000 m段的反风现象,解决了1000 m运输水平没有新鲜风流的问题。

Abstract:In Jingchuan's No.2 Mining District,after the 14 line concentrate ventilation shaft collapsed suddenly,serious reverse airflow occurred between the 1150~1000 m main ramp,and fresh airflow could not flow into 1000m haulage level.Therefore,the measure of air flow ejected from air curtain by paralleled fans has been introduced,the velocity of fresh airflow through the main ramp is up to 45 m3/s,the reversal of ventilation airflow between the 1150~1000 m main ramp is avoided availably,and the problem that fresh airflow can not come into 1000 m haulage level also is solved.
