发电机定转子绕组温度在线监测新方法

摘    要:发电机定子绕组温度在线监测具有重要意义。文中提出了一种基于参数辨识的发电机定转子绕组温度在线监测方法,即首先辨识发电机定转子绕组电阻,随后根据金属电阻与其温度之间具有严格线性关系这一规律,计算发电机定转子绕组温度,进而实现在线监测。数字仿真及实验结果证明文中所提出的发电机定转子绕组温度在线监测方法是正确可行的。该方法简捷实用,可集成于发电厂现有的发电机状态监测与故障诊断系统,无需任何额外的硬件投资,软件开销很小。

Abstract:On- line monitoring for stator and rotor winding tem peratures of generators is of great concern.A new tem perature monitoring method is presented in this paper that based on the parameter identification technique.Firstly,the stator and rotor winding resistances are identified on- line,and then the corresponding temperatures are calculated,according to the principle that the m etal resistance linearly depends on its temperature,respectively.Results of numerical simulations and experim ental tests have shown that the m ethod is valid and effective and is easy to be incorporated into the current condition monitoring and faults diagnosis for generators in power plants.In particular,the proposed method needs no extra hardware and the expense of software is reasonable.
