| Abstract: | This paper introduces a design of SMS receiver and dispatcher in power network voltage monitor system.The SMS receiver and dispatcher can receive and dispatch SMS reli- ably.It can also store SMS.In this paper,the communication between the SMS receiver and dispatcher and the PC and the communication between the SMS receiver and dispatcher and the instruments in power network voltage monitor system are described.The paper also gives a detailed depict of how to receive and dispatch SMS. |
