| Abstract: | The construction of the harmonious socialist society and the perfection of socialist culture ethics require the construction of the clean and honest administration culture with Chinese characteristics.The imbalance between the theory and the practice,the imbalance between cultural activities and the cultural implementation construction and the regional imbalance are hindering its construction.This essay gives suggestions on the effectiveness of the construction in the aspects of sticking to the scientific outlook on development,persisting in the concept of people orientation,adhering to the idea of overall sustainable development,creating the atmosphere for the clean and honest administration culture,normalizing the clean and honest administration system,insisting on innovative thinking and mobilizing the whole society. |
