摘    要:本研究以活性炭负载硫酸氢钠为催化剂催化乙酸和丁醇的酯化反应,以乙酸的转化率为考察指标,考察了摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量、反应温度等条件对合成乙酸丁酯的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂用量10%(ω),反应温度70℃,反应时间为140 min,乙酸转化率为61%,催化剂可多次重复使用,是一种绿色的酯化反应催化剂。

Abstract:The esterification reaction of acetic acid and butyl alcohol using sodium bisulfate supported on activated carbon as catalyst was studied.The effects of the materials ratio , reaction time , reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst on conversion rate of acetic acid were experimentally determined.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions obtained were that the molar ratio of acid and butanol was 1:3, the reaction time was 140 min, the amount of catalyst was 10%(ω) , the temperature was 70 ℃, and the acetic acid conversion rate was 61%.The catalyst was a non-toxic and can be separated from the reaction mixture easily , which can be used for many times.
