螺旋伞齿轮齿面上指定点处压力角及螺旋角的计算

摘    要:在螺旋伞齿轮加工中,为了得到理想的啮合质量,往往需要预先设定齿轮副接触斑点的位置。就在大轮齿面上任意选定点处如何确定其压力角和螺旋角的问题做了相关的讨论,阐述了确定大轮齿面上选定点位置的计算方法,并给出了该点处的螺旋角和压力角的计算公式,解决了控制接触斑点位置时加工大轮的两个最基础的参数。

Abstract:To obtain the ideal quality of engaging when processing spiral bevel gears, it is the normal method to set the contact spot of the fixed gear in advance. This paper makes discussions on the method to determine the pressure angle and spiral angle at any point on the gear, stating the way of calculating the appointed point. Besides, it provides the calculating formulas for the point of pressure angle and spiral angle and presents two fundamental parameters for the control of the position at the contact spot on the processing gear.
