摘    要:N-(3-戊基)-3,4-二甲基苯胺是除草剂二甲戊乐灵的中间体.以3,4-二甲基苯胺和3-戊酮为原料,采用连续工艺催化加氢合成N-(3-戊基)-3,4-二甲基苯胺.对连续法合成工艺进行了探索,制备了过渡金属负载催化剂,对催化剂活性进行了考察.结果表明,连续法合成戊胺工艺路线可行,催化剂取得较好的催化效果,转化率达90.39%,选择性79.00%,戊胺收率71.40%.

Abstract:N-(3-pentyl)-3,4-dimethylaniline is the intermediate of the herbicide. The continuous catalytic hydrogenation process which prepares N-(3-pentyl)-3,4-dimethylaniline from 3, 4-dimethylaniline and 3-pentanone is described. The experiments are performed in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature and space velocity on activity of catalysts are researched. The results show that continuous process of preparing amylamine is reasonable. Catalyst shows excellent activity. The percent conversion can reach to 90.39%,selectivity 79.00% ,and yield of amylamine 71 .40% .
