摘    要:为了得到合适的照射角和照射野,利用MCNP3B程序对HPGe探测器的轴向和侧向照射进行探测效率计算,通过分析可知,如果照射野小于4cm2的话,侧向照射要优于轴向照射.

Abstract:In order to get an adaptable angular incident and an acceptable incident area, the detecting efficiencies of HPGe detector have been calculated using MCNP3B code by a parallel-axis and vertical-axis incident. It was shown that the vertical-axis incident surpasses the parallel-axis one if an incident area is less than 4cm^2.
