致冷型二次成像离轴三反射镜光学系统设计

摘    要:研究并设计了一种适合于致冷成像的离轴三反射镜光学系统.设计了二次成像的反射系统结构,将冷光阑作为系统的孔径光阑,得到100%的冷光阑效率,第二和第三反射镜将孔径光阑成像在第一反射镜的位置,有效地减小了第一反射镜的口径.通过调整每个反射镜的偏心与倾斜,实现系统的无遮拦,使用高次非球面校正像差,保证了系统的成像质量.设计的致冷型红外系统工作波段为3~5μm,焦距为500mm,F数为2,视场为10°×0.5°.该系统各视场的调制传递函数在奈奎斯特频率处(20lp/mm)都在0.5以上,并具有紧凑的结构.

Abstract:A cooled re-imaging off-axis three-mirror optical system was proposed. To ensure that the system has 100% cold shield efficiency, cold stop should be the optical stop. In order to control the size of the primary, mirror, the image of the optical stop through the second mirror and the third mirror should coincide with the primary mirror. Elements in the system are tilted and decentered properly to make the system unobscured. High order aspheric surfaces are used to correct aberrations and to ensure the image quality. A infrared optical system is designed at focal length 500mm,F-number 2 with field-of-view 10°×0.5°. The system works in the band of 3~5μm. The modulation transfer function of the system is above 0.5 all over the field of view at the Nyquist frequency of 20lp/mm. The result shows that the system compact structure.
