| 摘 要： | 文章结合中国石油天然气集团公司的特点,论述了企业数字化建设的思路、目标、步骤及具体实施的一些保障措施。文章认为,"十二五"期间,中国石油的数字化建设应坚持按照信息技术发展应用总体规划,积极开展面向业务的应用集成,深化信息技术在决策支持、经营管理、生产运行三个领域的应用,按照夯实基础、应用提升、优化运营三个阶段,逐步实现由传统石油企业向数字化企业的转变。
