| 摘 要： | 针对龙门磨床加工精度低的问题,采用ServoWorks CNC纯软件开放式数控技术,对基于PLC的原控制系统进行改造,利用开放式数控系统的灵活性和通用性特点,使磨床操作简便,运行可靠,维修方便,提高了磨床的加工精度.

| Abstract: | In regard to the low precision of FD1210-30 gantry grinder,the article brings forward that the original PLC control system is transformed through the ServoWorks CNC pure-soft open CNC technique and makes use of the smart and common characteristic of the open CNC system to cause operation simple,reliable and service convenient.According to the transformation,the manufactured precision is enhanced. |
