工程项目的成本管理刍议

建筑工程项目成本管理是在确保质量、工期、安全生产及合同内容条款等要求的前提下,对工程项目施工过程中所发生的费用,通过科学有计划、有组织控制和协调等手段实现预定的成本目标,并尽可能有效地降低工程费用的一种科学的管理活动,它主要通过施工方案的制定、项目工程预算和管理(如施工组织管理、各项规章制度等)达到预测成本的一种活动。
