| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨白细胞过滤器过滤前后血液质量的变化及其对临床非溶血性输血反应率降低的程度。方法:将200ml/袋全血用白细胞过滤除白细胞。结果:检测过滤的白细胞平均滤过率为99.80%(P<0.05),红细胞平均回收率为93.54%(P>0.05)。结论:白细胞过滤器能高效地、有选择地滤除白细胞,能显著降低临床非溶血性输血反应的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of blood quality before and after using leukocyte filter and its influence in the incidence of nonhemolytic transfusion reaction.Methods:The leukocytes contained in 200ml whole blood packs were filtered using leukocyte filter.Results:The average rate of filtering leukocyte was 99.80%(P<0.05).The average recovery rate of RBC was 93.54%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The leukocyte filter can effectively and selectively remove leukocytes from whole blood,which lower the incidence of nonhemolytic transfusion reaction. |
