摘    要:简述了甲醇合成工艺流程,详述了兖矿国泰化工有限公司24万t/a甲醇的双塔并联生产流程中,C307低压甲醇合成催化剂的使用情况,包括催化剂的装填、升温还原及催化剂用量等,并总结了甲醇催化过程的保护措施。在运行操作、生产维护、催化剂的使用效果方面,C307型低压甲醇催化剂都达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:The process flow and main equipment involved in methanol synthesis were briefly introduced.The process of double towers in parallel was used for the 240 000 t/a methanol plant in Yankuang Guotai Chemicals Co.,Ltd.Each tower was loaded with 40t C307 low pressure methanol synthesis catalyst separately.The charge of catalyst,the temperature rising reduction,the amount of catalyst required and the operation were introduced in detail.The measures to protect the catalyst were summarized.
