王水银渣金银综合回收工艺研究

摘    要:对经王水分金后的残渣(王水银渣)探索了王水再提纯、直接造渣熔炼、置换—硝酸分银—王水分金全湿法3种工艺。结果发现前二种工艺都存在尾渣需再处理的问题,而采用置换—硝酸分银—王水分金全湿法工艺处理效果最佳,金银直收率均可达99.97%,且工艺流程简单、金银直收率高。

Abstract:Three processes including refining with aqua regia, direct slag-making smelting, as while as silver replacement, nitric acid dissolving, and gold dissolving with aqua regia, were explored to treat aqua-regia-treated residue. The results show that residue of the first two methods needs retreating. Recovery rate of gold and silver of the third method is 99.97% above with the advantages of simple technological process and high recovery of gold and silver.
