基于AVR单片机的电磁调速电动机控制器的设计

摘    要:针对电磁调速电动机模拟控制器调速精度低、零点调整不方便等问题,文章设计了一种以AVR单片机为核心的全数字式电磁调速电动机控制器,介绍了该控制器的结构、硬件及软件设计,详细阐述了控制器过零检测电路、可控硅触发电路、脉冲转换测量电路的设计要点。该控制器采用频率测速和数字PID算法,可以满足不同负载的调速要求。
