摘    要:相对于中碱玻璃纤维,无碱玻璃纤维由于成型温度高、硬化速度快、结构键能大等原因,而具有很高的拉伸强度,且耐老化性及耐温性性能好~1],用于增强树脂砂轮后,砂轮的回转强度达到或超过国内国际标准;而中碱玻璃纤维由于其强度偏低,耐老化性能和耐温性能差,尤其当砂轮产品存放后其回转强度迅速下降,存在安全隐患,因此不能应用于砂轮增强。

Abstract:Compared with C-glass fiber,E-glass fiber has high tensile strength due to its high forming temperature, high hardening speed and high structural bond energy as well as high aging resistance and heat resistance. The rota-tional strength of resin-bonded grinding wheels reinforced with E-glass fiber can reach or exceed the domestic and international standards,while C-glass fiber can not be used for grinding wheels because of its low strength,poor ag-ing resistance and heat resistance,and paticularly the quick decrease of rotational strength after storage which cau-ses safety risks.
