摘    要:为了克服传统交流注入法测内阻过程中相位差计算引起的系统结构复杂、易引入误差等缺点,本文采用交流比例法设计了蓄电池内阻在线测量系统,将待测蓄电池与参考电阻以及高精密电阻串联构成分压回路,利用单片机STC89C52RC控制DDS芯片AD9850产生低频交流信号源,经耦合电路注入蓄电池两端,检测端经过交流差分放大、相敏检波、低通滤波及加转换输入到单片机得到内阻值。试验表明该检测系统具有结构简单,抗干扰能力强,测量精度高等优点。

Abstract:In order to overcome the complex system architecture, easy to importing error and other shortcomings, which caused by phase difference calculation during the process of the traditional AC exchange injection to measure the resistance of battery. AC proportion method was used to design battery resistance on-line measurement system that contacted battery tested, referenced resistor and precision resistors to series constitute a voltage divider circuit.STC89C52RC control DDS chip AD9850 to generate low-frequency AC signal source that inject into the battery by coupling circuit, resistance was obtained after detection terminal signal through AC differential amplifier, phase sensitive detector, low-pass filtering, and A/D conversion input to the microcontroller. Experiment showed that the detection system has simple structure, strong anti-interference ability, high precision, etc.
