摘    要:介绍在施工现场制作直接空冷发电机组中不封口异厚管道及异径偏心管技术。针对不封口异厚管道及异径偏心管的制作特点和难点,阐述关键制作工艺和质量控制措施,通过采用工装胎具和埋弧自动焊的焊接方法,取得了良好的制作质量及较高的工效,为同类型直接空冷发电机组管道的加工制作积累经验。

Abstract:It describes the manufacture technology of different thick pipes and sealing eccentric reducer pipe in producing direct air-cooled generators on the construction site. Aimed at the manufactural characteristics and difficulties, the key production processes and quality control measures are described detailed, through the use of tooling mold and submerged arc welding method for welding, good quality and high production efficiency are obtained, which can accumulate exoerience for similar direct air-cooled generator pipe manufacture.
