摘    要:介绍了薄壁铜管在冷弯过程中经常会出现的缺陷,如管壁变薄、管子断面变成椭圆以及弯曲处起皱等,对出现这些缺陷的原因从理论上进行了分析,给出了预防措施和解决办法,并在实际生产中证明了这些理论的正确性与可行性,对实际生产具有较好的指导作用。

Abstract:Defects such as thinning out of tube, ovalization of tube cross section and wrinkling at bend are often found during the process of roll forming of copper thin-wall tubes. Theoretical analysis was made on the causes and then preventive measures and the way out were put forward according to theory and work experiences. Practical production proved the correctness and feasibility of the theory.
