摘    要:以无间隙金属氧化物避雷器的技术条件为依据,分析了停电检测的局限性与带电监测测量的可行性,提出MOA正常运行时,以带电试验为主,在MOA的带电试验测量数据出现异常时,则采用停电测试和带电测试相结合的方法,并以停电试验数据作为MOA是否继续投运的最终判断依据.

Abstract:Based on the technology conditions of the metal-oxide surge arrester without gaps,this paper expounds on the limitation of detecting with power off and the feasibility of monitoring with power on.It is advanced that power-on test is preferred when the MOA is running properly,whereas the combined use of power-off test and power-on test is preferred when the data collected from power-on test tends to be abnormal,and the data from power-off test is regarded as the final evidence of whether MOA is in action.
